Manifestation Without the Woo: How Clarity, Strategy, and Consistent Action Create Real Results

Hello flower friends. I know we're, um, and we were basically at the holidays, but around this time I'm always thinking about what's next, about next year, about intention, about like what do I want to happen? And I used to think manifesting as a practice. Like I just thought it was really woo and I thought it was really like just.

Seemed like it was just bullshit, frankly. And when I really realized that manifesting isn't just like, oh, I'm going to manifest this, which some people say that manifesting is putting clarity and tension, strategy and structure, and then action and consistency when you start to like even just change how you're talking about.

What's going to happen? Not that, oh my God, this is so hard. You know that you have a plan, you have this strategy, you have this structure to support, you have the, the clarity of what you need to do to actually get your, uh, get that big audacious goal done. And so that clarity, that strategy, that action, that consistency, that structure, and then intention is what helps you get there.

And of course you can have a vision board. And actually in the floral CEO Mastermind next month, we are having a vision board party. But that's not the only part why manifestation works best is when it is paired with deadlines, numbers, and systems. And the difference between hoping and planning manifesting isn't magic, it's momentum.

Why in 2026 you do not need more motivation. You need more intention. A lot of people always think I need to be more motivated. Motivation fades and it can fade hard systems don't. When I see people who are like jacked, they're just so ripped. They're like, or like they just have this super successful business and they're just crushing it.

Like when I look at l Layla Hermo, like, and I listen to her podcast, that is a woman that's got so many systems and her systems do not fail. If she got up every morning and said that she was gonna try to figure out some way that she was gonna work out today. That system's pretty failable 'cause it's no system.

But she has systems in place, she has reminders to do deep breathing. All of these things like systems do not fail. Most people also set way too VA a goals. They wanna make more money. I wanna be less stress. What does that actually mean? Uh, I think it's interesting to even really like. When you dive into saying, okay, I wanna make more money, what does that mean?

Let's dive into that. That is how you actually get so concrete, so visual that that whole goal starts to seep into your identity. So let's just say that you want. To make a hundred thousand dollars, I want you to think about like, okay, I wanna make a hundred thousand dollars. I'm going to make that a hundred thousand dollars by doing X.

I'm going to work on building the number of weddings. I'm gonna work on building my average wedding. I'm going to add silk flower rentals. I'm going to add a carte, I'm going to add working with hotels. I'm gonna add flower parties. I'm gonna add popups, um, at hotels and do stem bars and whatever it is.

Like I am going to do this and this is how I'm going to in invest in like really making these service offerings the best I possibly could. And let's just say it's less stress. Sit down and just think what causes me stress? How could I have less stress? Like what would that look like? And then start mapping out concrete things.

I often when I'm coaching somebody, they'll be like, they'll want this super fucking vague thing. And I know if I talk to them in a year from now, if they don't get any more specific, like that whole idea or concept is not going to get executed because you really need to be specific. Successful people decide specifics, numbers, boundaries, schedules.

Successful people dive into making sure they're controlling the variables because the variables are what input to get things done. If you don't decide what 2026 looks like, it will decide for you, which is really sad that you just, wouldn't it be nice if like just this kick ass year just showed up?

That's just not how it ever happens. And some common things that I think, you know, really hold us back is you're waiting for January instead of just starting now. You've actually never attached numbers, revenue, time, capacity, to any of your financial goals. They don't even revisit their goals consistently.

Very, very vague. Goals equals very, very vague results. So the honest truth is 90% of people who drop goals early, they, they just like drop 'em like after a month. If you go into a, a gym, like a public gym, it is pretty empty after a month. And that's why accountability and structure changes, outcomes. I have seen so much shift in.

The floral CEO mastermind, when somebody comes in there and they have clear like, this is what I want to accomplish, and they have somebody keeping them accountable. I mean, it is. It is so interesting 'cause you're like, holy shit, a whole week went by and I didn't do anything and here's this person. Who is trying to keep me accountable for making sure that I am doing big things.

I pop in on Sundays and I, I'm like, accountability check-in. And if you can't be in something like the floral CEO Mastermind, which would be a game changer for you, get a buddy to do it. Like find an accountability buddy. You need that to really, if, if you really want to shift, if you really wanna make big goals.

That's the start. All right. The three pillars of manifesting your dream business in life. Pillar one is clarity. What does a day in your dream life look like? How much are you working? What are you not doing anymore? What really is like this? Just, you know, when you're visualizing in your head like. What are you wearing?

What are you like? Everything that's around you, how is that? How do you feel? Then turn, pulling it into pillar two, alignment, are your current offerings pricing, schedule aligned with that vision? What feels heavy? Forced or outdated? I have, more often than not, when I talk to a person about this, it's often, um, the, uh, it's so funny, the daily deliveries are.

Heavy and don't feel good. 'cause of course, they are sporadic and don't have a ton of revenue connected with them very often if you're doing them sporadically. So it's just interesting, really check in with yourself. And then pillar three is action. Manifestation requires movement. Small, consistent action equals big burst.

You don't need the whole plan, just the right next step when you have. Even just like this week, what could I do to accomplish or move forward towards my goals? Like, and you got that done. We are winning the week. You are winning the week because you are moving forward. All right. One of the things that I feel like really holds people back from manifesting and really.

Really just stepping into their new badass version of themself is you're often afraid. There's like fear around outgrowing people, outgrowing your identity, playing small to be and stay relatable. Like, I don't wanna be so different from these people because I don't want to be judged. I don't wanna be just whatever you need to be.

As big and as badass as you wanna be, because if that's the person you're stepping into, the revenue will follow. Everything will come and fall into place. All right, another common block, not believing it's possible for you. I'm not this person. I'm not that person. I, I just, it's not me. Like you deserve all these big things in your life.

And a lot of times people would just overwork instead of focusing, like they'll just work and work and work and work instead of focusing on what they actually need to do to move their business forward. Sometime the block isn't strategy, it's permission. All right? So I want you to think about your financial goals.

Bring in bringing in lots and lots of money. Um, I mean, this is a huge part. This is why we have jobs. Like we have businesses, we have dreamed all these things up because we want to have, uh, this book of business that supports us doing something that we love. And one thing is a lot of times people don't even name it like, I wanna make this much money.

How can you manifest an income you have never actually named? And then a lot of times in that layer, the difference between gross revenue and actual take home, that manifestation falls apart there because they're saying a hundred thousand dollars. Well, they really meant paying themself that goal of a hundred thousand dollars.

So then you gotta do, okay, that means. Realistically, you gotta have about a $235,000 business if all the things are lining up. If you wanna pay yourself a hundred thousand dollars, maybe two 50, depending on your margins, um, then really paying yourself as a manifestation goal. So when you are moving toward that target like.

Feel and actually pay attention that we are moving towards my big goal. And then also just making sure that like when you're doing that, you're booking aligned clients versus any client, because that energy of an aligned client is gonna bring more energy of aligned clients. When I get a slew or have had slews of pain in the ass clients, I, it must have just been an energy shift, and then they just come running and I just should go running myself.

All right. Then really thinking and turning your vision into a plan, breaking 2026 into, you know, into. Chunks. I, because if you listen to, I often talk about making bigger projects, smaller chunks so that you can pick away for bite-sized bits and pieces, um, to move your initiatives forward. So breaking a big 2026 vision into 12 monthly goals, quarterly goals, monthly actions.

Um, you know why goals feel overwhelming when they aren't broken down is because they are overwhelming. You have a huge list of of goals and no real way to tell, okay, when am I doing this, when am I doing that? Um, I just gotta have this done by. December, because I got like 12 months, then I got a long time.

And have you ever noticed when somebody's like, Hey, can you get this back to me in a week? And you're like, oh, I think I could get it to you in a couple days. And they're, they're, they're like, oh, no, A week is fine. You will use the whole week. When you create the boundaries of actual, like, Hey, let's get this done, and it needs to be done by this time, you are creating a a time boundary to help you move yourself forward and not stay stuck.

And then how clarity reduces burnout and decision fatigue. When you have clarity, and this is, uh, one thing, I was listening to Layla Her's podcast, and she goes, I make all my decisions on Sundays, which is a fascinating concept to me because then I'm spending less time during the week switching my brain on and off to questions, to not questions, to really thinking and thought processes, planning.

All of that is pretty much done. On her Sunday so that she doesn't have to take time and space for those types of things. I mean, like literally the majority of the problem solving, she's done it already and so then she can just execute. So if you can build plans that you are thinking, strategizing, um, really putting a plan together, clarity.

Then you're putting kicking ass and taking names. Execution. You are executing the plan. And when you execute the plan, like, and everything feels lighter because you're not having to make a decision every three seconds, that also is gonna feel more in alignment because when people know the decision's been made, we're just moving forward.

There's just so much less. Um. Kind of wheels turning and your, your mind is spinning. It's really just like, hey, you're going into, um, you know, just execute. Just execute. There's no more thinking. There's no more like, I just know that this is the plan and then I have to shift, so. With the power of planning, I am planning a goal planning party, and I have an amazing workbook that I'm gonna be sharing with you right before the workshop.

But I would love for you guys to get ready for some energy shifts when you say your goals out loud, some community to help create some momentum and com accountability around your goals. And then. Really just looking at like, what are other people doing? What are other people's goals? And like, I wanna talk about it.

I, it's, it's gonna be me and you guys, and like we're gonna be in Zoom, be in homies, be in business owners, and I really want to help set up some vision, some strategy, and a little reset so we can go into 2026 with. Clarity to help manifest what really is going on in your heart, in your mind, and in your pocketbook.

So. On January 5th at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time, we are going to have an amazing goal planning party that we're gonna do some guided reflection. We're gonna look forward at planning and we're gonna dive in. This is gonna be super supportive, high energy, and if you're ready to go, stop saying next year will be my year.

'cause I have heard that so many times and actually build it. I would love to have you there, see in the show notes for the link to sign up and if you're really wanting some serious goal planning accountability like are, you are just done. I am done playing small. I am done with this old version of myself.

I am done with the money I've been making. The floral CEO Mastermind is digging into, I mean, we are having like a. A reflection meeting. We're having a looking forward meeting. We are having a vision board, um, party, like we are diving deep into creating intention around 2026, and I would love for you to be a part of that as well.

You can head to the show notes. Otherwise, it is floral c.com/mastermind. Thank you so much for listening, flower friends, and you have an amazing flower filled day.
