Flower friend. I want to tell you about something so special to me and so, like, I'm just so in love with this, the Floral CEO Mastermind. And to give you a little backstory, I forever had always, like, dreamed of having a space for florists. Like, I had dreamed about being in a space. with florists that were just like wanting to be their better version of yourself, florists that were, were wanting more that like someone that really had done the things was leading.

And there was just like this community and I mean, I have been in, at this point, I've been in five different masterminds. I've been in a creative business owner mastermind. I was in the Chris and Lori Harder, uh, mastermind, which they're like big podcasters. I've been in all of these different mastermind spaces, but the big difference is like none of those were florist specific spaces.

And I always was like, God, I would love. And when I get an idea, like I usually, it's, it's happening, um, because I manifest my reality, I, when I want something, I take action. And so finally, a year ago, I launched, it was a year, January, so it's been, um, 13 months, I launched the Floral CEO Mastermind. And over the last year, I have learned.

So much. I have learned like what people are really struggling with because everybody is different. And there was like a constant theme of some core things, but there's also was this like constant theme of like people just struggling with managing it all. And people struggling with, you know, like I'm feeling overwhelmed and all these things.

So about a year ago, I also. After having some one on one clients and really seeing this, like, internal life struggle, uh, decided to get certified as a life coach. I got certified in hypnosis, in EFT, and all of these different modalities to help kind of reprogram your subconscious mind. But I also just wanted to be able to help people that were moms like me, or people who had had a side hustle.

And are trying to build this side hustle while they're working full time. I mean, like, I have done all of those things. I actually had a full time job. This was pre kids. Had a full time job. Did 125 weddings. Obviously, I didn't do that all myself. And I made no money. Like, because I wasn't pricing correctly.

But I did that all while working full time. I did 90 weddings while working full time. And this is when I was like in charge of 6 million dollars of sales for the company. As the director of sales. I then, when I had Bella, I was basically a single mom. I did, I think 53 weddings that year. I was actually in labor because she came early.

She came, um, almost six weeks early. I was in labor and had two weddings that weekend, and had a groom call me while I was in labor, because I was in labor for four days, which was horrible. Uh, but my water broke at a meeting. And like, here I am having a baby, but I had the team to support getting those flowers delivered, getting them done, all of the things.

So like, I have been In so many different situations that are really parallel with most people. And so, like, that's what this mastermind really, really, like, was so important to me to, like, create this space. And with that space, I am making big changes. I've actually rolled them out. So we now have the FloralCEO Mastermind 2.

0. And In today's episode, I really want to talk about that power of community in, in business growth. I want to talk about how when you have accountability, your success skyrockets. And why strategic business planning, instead of winging it, is really a game changer. And then I want to just talk a little bit about what the Upgraded Mastermind experience is.

Alright, so, like I talked about, dreaming of this. community was so important to me because I felt like we lacked it. We lacked it here in Minnesota. I started the Minnesota Floral Collective. We lack it. I think in general, like, a lot of times, like, I call, like, the wholesaler is, like, florist mean girls edition.

You know, like, everybody's just, like, gamey bitches to each other. And, like, you stole my bride. It's like nobody stole anybody's client. Why can't we just like support each other, cultivate, and if you are going to do it lower than me, good for you, but not good for you. Um, and I just want people to know that they don't need to do this alone anymore.

I was listening yesterday to the conversations and we did a hot seat Q& A and anywhere from like, I don't know how the hell I'm going to do this installation at this really complicated venue, um, to, Um, I don't feel like anything I'm doing is making traction and like that I'm not doing a good job because my core job is being a mom and making sure that I can obviously supply resources for my, my children and like, I just feel like I'm a mom.

I'm spinning my wheels and it doesn't feel good and talking about that all the way to like, how should I do this thing or I have this client that wants these crazy green things and I'm just like I don't even know where to start it creates this like Sigh of relief that you are not alone anymore. Like you have your tribe We are your tribe.

We are there to help you support you and like that support I just listened to a boxer message this morning. They were like, oh my god. I love they had a busy day yesterday I love the conversations that were happening in boxer, which is our group chat platform and it was just like it made my heart like happy because I was like, that's exactly what I wanted and I, I love that everybody is there to help you be inspired.

I mean, if you hear somebody else doing things, like that's huge. You're like, Oh my God, I need to get busy. I need to, you know, I can't let this thing hold me back. And that is why the FloralCEO Mastermind 2. 0 exists. I want to bring florists together in a way that fosters real growth, both personally and professionally.

So, not only are you getting business coaching, not only are you getting this tribe, But you're getting life coaching too, because that is part of 2. 0. I literally am doing a life coaching session every month. We have done tapping. This month we're, um, talking about Sunday night prep and how to set yourself up to be more productive.

I mean, it is a crazy game changer. Next thing is accountability. I monthly with the floral CEO Mastermind 2. 0 am sending you a goal planning sheet. What are you going to get done this month? Because what a lot of people do is they go really high up and I'm kicking ass and taking names and then all of a sudden they fall flat.

And that falling flat is where you lose momentum. I, one of my superpowers is consistency. I am consistent. Like I am consistent with my kids. I am consistent with everything. Because it is so important to me, and I want, like, that accountability to just seep in on you a little bit. And I want, if you're wondering, like, how the hell am I even going to make this happen, I want us to be able to talk about it.

So, in this, we are going to set monthly goals, and then we're checking in. Like, how are you doing? Because once you put it out in the ecosystem, like, it is there. And I think whenever I say something, like this year, I am launching the Floral CEO Club, which will be a membership, it's not like the Mastermind, the Mastermind is so much more, but it is going to be like an entry level of support, and I am putting that out there for you guys to be like, hey Jen, when's this Floral CEO Club, because not everybody can afford, even though this is so affordable, in my opinion, um, it is 2.

50 per month. So I'm just going to throw it out there. It is 2. 50 per month, a three month minimum because I feel like people who would come in for a month and go out, that is not going to be good for the group, and that is not good for you because you are not giving any time to really gain momentum, gain clarity, and with this accountability layer, like, you are going to feel like somebody's actually being like, Hey, what am I doing?

I actually am in Boxer. How is everybody doing on their monthly goals? How are, how are we doing? Because if we're not working towards them, where are we stuck? That is my job. You are actually 95 percent more likely to achieve your goals if you have accountability. And so here's a misaccountability right here, wanting you to do big things.

Cheering you on to do big things and there to support you when things feel hard. Alright, so many florists are buying some entry level course and then not ever doing anything about it. Or they have no idea how to figure out their net, their net profit. They have no idea how to figure out how to price things.

You're, you're really just like undervaluing yourself, usually. Struggling with pricing, being too busy, super busy that you almost feel overwhelmed, but you're not making actual money and you take on way too much work without knowing your numbers. I, inside the mastermind, we focus on pricing for profit, not just for bookings, creating repeatable, easy systems.

So you are not feeling like shit all the time, like feeling like you're not getting anything done. Learning smart marketing strategies that are not just Instagram based like some other floral educators. Instagram is a component, but there is a wheel. There is a wheel that you need to get on that will help push you in the direction of making big things happen.
